Shooting star over Dunleer

Shooting star over Dunleer

I went out this evening to see what I could get on camera as it was such a clear night. The ISS had already passed earlier in the evening, so I was trying a few ideas. I may post one or two of the other shots again. I was very lucky to spot two shooting stars & extremely lucky to capture one of them in a shot. As the shot was a very long exposure [78 seconds], the streak of the shooting star was quite weak, so I gave it a wee boost so it could be seen on a webpage. I did try a few shorter exposures later on to try to capture another shooting star, but I wasn't lucky twice in one night.
